Key Responsibilities

- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including luggage handling and room orientation.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and minor issues promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of public areas and work stations.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Process payments, manage guest accounts, and maintain accurate records as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of resort appearance, guest satisfaction, and brand representation.
- Support resort events, activities, and special promotions as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all resort safety, security, and sanitation protocols.
Required Skills
