Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily client care activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide direct support to clients, maintaining high standards of personal care and comfort in line with individual care plans.
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior staff as necessary.

- Support the senior care team with administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping and documentation.
