Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of care and hospitality team members.
- Support the Head Supervisor in scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine inquiries from residents and their families, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents and staff.
- Participate in training new team members and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Help manage inventory and supplies for hospitality and care departments.
- Document and report any incidents, concerns, or feedback accurately and promptly.
- Actively engage in problem-solving and process improvement discussions to enhance service delivery.
