Key Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations, ensuring smooth transitions and high standards of care.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including CQC requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a care or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

- Proficiency in medication administration and record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications
