Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee night shift operations, ensuring smooth transitions and high standards of care.
  • Lead and mentor a team of care staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, including CQC requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a care or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices (e.g., CQC standards).
  • Ability to manage emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in medication administration and record-keeping.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
