Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling as needed.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency in various outlets (restaurants, cafes, room service).
- Prepare dining areas, set tables, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departmental teams.
- Assist in the setup and execution of events, banquets, and conferences.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable appearance at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
