Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about services, and handle requests promptly and courteously.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest facilities.
  • Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, arranging cutlery, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Handle cash and card payments following established procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
