Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Manage guest bookings and reservations systems accurately and efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, rooms, or designated areas, providing relevant information.
- Address guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer local recommendations.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and guest common areas.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
