Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
  • Manage guest bookings and reservations systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables, rooms, or designated areas, providing relevant information.
  • Address guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer local recommendations.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and guest common areas.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members (e.g., servers, housekeeping) to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support operations, especially during peak times.

Required Skills
