Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as per hotel guidelines.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities, ensuring all items are well-stocked.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
