Career.zycto is actively seeking a diligent and dedicated Hospitality Room Attendant to join a reputable hospitality establishment in the bustling Ojuelegba district of Lagos. This role involves comprehensive cleaning duties, from making beds and refreshing linens to vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas. Beyond just cleaning, you’ll be responsible for stocking amenities, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and ensuring that all assigned areas meet the highest hygiene and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and bathroom amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
- Empty wastebaskets, dispose of trash, and replace liners.
- Restock room supplies, including stationery, toiletries, and mini-bar items.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues such as faulty equipment or damaged furniture and report them promptly to supervision.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.
