Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., amenities, towels, linens) to ensure all items are adequately stocked.
- Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, hallways, and service closets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes without compromising quality.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front desk and maintenance staff, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
