Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Change linens and make beds, sanitize bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, stationery) accurately.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and assigned equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
