Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen promptly and accurately.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues such as faulty lights, leaks, or broken fixtures and report them immediately to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance department.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, trolleys, and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hygiene policies and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by the housekeeping management.
- Ensure the privacy and security of all guests and their belongings.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure timely room turnarounds and guest satisfaction.
