We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Room Attendants to join our growing team, working with some of the finest hospitality establishments in the UI Campus Area, Ibadan. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities daily.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum all surfaces, furniture, and flooring.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and team members.
- Assist with laundry duties and other housekeeping tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality setting.
