Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs, inquiries, and requests.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, lobby, and other public areas.
- Assist with baggage handling, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
