Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and communal spaces.
- Set up and prepare facilities for events, meetings, or dining services as required.
- Replenish amenities and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, and general information about the establishment and local area.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 6 months).
