Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and communal spaces.
  • Set up and prepare facilities for events, meetings, or dining services as required.
  • Replenish amenities and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, and general information about the establishment and local area.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 6 months).
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., PMS systems).
  • Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or similar service establishment.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Sangotedo, Lagos.
  • Ability to communicate in additional local languages.
