Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and efficient welcome.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Support various operational areas, including front desk, food and beverage service, and housekeeping coordination.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle minor guest complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff for resolution.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
