Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guest flow efficiently using our booking system.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a comfortable and appropriate seating arrangement.
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide accurate information, and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Communicate effectively with serving staff, kitchen, and management regarding table availability and guest needs.
- Assist guests with coat check or other special requests as needed.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service operations throughout the shift.
