Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms to established hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Replenish guest amenities, towels, and bed linen as required.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and staff areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning agents safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel security procedures.
- Manage linen inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
