Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and ingredients.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, assisting with stock counts and replenishment.
- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, verifying identification and refusing service to intoxicated patrons when necessary.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to management when required.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including servers and kitchen teams, to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
