Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, condiments, and liquor inventory.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, conversational, and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking beverages and bar supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic and safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Learn and adapt to new drink recipes, promotions, and service standards as required.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and cash reconciliation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or Bartender, preferably in a hotel or high-volume hospitality setting.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
