Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Hotel Bell Attendant to join a prestigious hotel in Durumi, Abuja. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a positive first and last impression.
  • Efficiently assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles and delivering it to their rooms.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Run errands for guests and staff as required, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles when valet service is required (if applicable).
  • Assist with package delivery and collection, ensuring items reach their intended recipients promptly.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest in Abuja.
  • Ability to speak an additional local or international language.
