Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a positive first and last impression.
- Efficiently assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles and delivering it to their rooms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Run errands for guests and staff as required, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles when valet service is required (if applicable).
- Assist with package delivery and collection, ensuring items reach their intended recipients promptly.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
