Career.zycto is actively seeking a professional and highly motivated Hotel Bell Attendant to join the dynamic team of a prestigious hotel located in the bustling Bar Beach Area of Victoria Island. This full-time role is crucial to creating an exceptional first and lasting impression for our esteemed guests. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, and offering a seamless transition from arrival to departure. Your friendly demeanor, efficiency, and commitment to service excellence will significantly contribute to the overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling and transportation to/from their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and room features.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, coordinating with other hotel departments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist with package deliveries, valeting services, and special guest requests.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
