Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and professional greeting to all guests upon their arrival and departure, promptly offering assistance with luggage and personal belongings.
- Efficiently and carefully transport guest luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring all items are handled with the highest level of care and delivered in a timely manner.
- Escort guests to their assigned rooms, providing a comprehensive and engaging orientation to the room's features, safety procedures, and the hotel's array of amenities.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, expertly responding to inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, dining options, and local attractions, providing accurate and helpful recommendations.
- Maintain seamless communication and coordination with the front desk, concierge, valet, and other relevant hotel departments to ensure a smooth and integrated guest service experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the hotel lobby, entrance areas, and designated luggage storage facilities.
- Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, or complaints with utmost professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist guests with their transportation requirements, including accurately calling taxis, arranging car services, or providing clear and concise directions.
