Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during breakfast hours, anticipating their needs with a friendly demeanor.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked according to established standards.
- Monitor food and beverage levels constantly and replenish as needed to prevent shortages and maintain flow.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization of the entire breakfast area, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and utensils.
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable dining experience.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, preparing them rapidly for the next guests.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling, temperature control, and storage of all food items.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless breakfast operations.
- Handle guest feedback and minor complaints professionally and resolve them to guest satisfaction, or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform end-of-shift duties, including thorough cleaning, organizing inventory, and preparing the area for the next day's service to ensure operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Ability to work effectively and remain calm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk continuously, and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
