Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of the hotel premises to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical (basic), carpentry, and painting.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentable condition of all common areas, lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of building systems, such as lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the proper disposal of waste and recycling according to established guidelines.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for everyone on the property.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
