Beyond guest rooms, you will also maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other common spaces, ensuring they always present a welcoming appearance. You will operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, manage cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety and functionality of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest bathrooms, replenishing towels, toiletries, and amenities as required.
- Clean and maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, conference rooms, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk, maintenance, and F&B teams, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security.
