Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to established standards and procedures.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/bathtubs).
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh supplies are available for guests.
  • Replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest rooms.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work cart, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a polite and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
