Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (lobbies, hallways, dining areas) to established standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely and hygienically.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised linen closet and cleaning supply storage area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Demonstrate a polite, respectful, and professional demeanour towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
