Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently when applicable.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
