Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned hotel rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and wipe down surfaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry duties and maintain cleaning supplies inventory as required.
