Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and dining spaces, to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including scrubbing floors, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning windows.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities daily.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Manage cleaning supplies efficiently and ensure proper storage.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
