Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to hotel standards.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, coffee/tea).
- Clean and tidy common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and public restrooms.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or security concerns to supervisors promptly and accurately.
- Manage laundry duties, which may include sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen.
- Handle guest requests and queries politely and efficiently, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for resolution.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude towards all guests and colleagues at all times.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after each use.
