Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and bathroom amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms, scrub toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and fittings; polish surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Check and replenish minibar items (if applicable).
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to supervisors.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant in a hotel or hospitality setting.
