Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage reservations, including making, modifying, and canceling bookings accurately.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash, and maintain precise financial records.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing.
  • Handle guest mail and messages.
