Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests, providing a welcoming first impression.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and retrieval.
  • Coordinate and arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services upon request.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area, including events, cultural highlights, and points of interest.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area are tidy and well-maintained.
