Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests, providing a welcoming first impression.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and retrieval.
- Coordinate and arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services upon request.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
