Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and various events.
  • Efficiently handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange for personalized services such as wake-up calls, mail/message delivery, and package handling.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date log of all guest requests and services provided for seamless follow-up.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure cohesive guest service.
  • Stay continuously informed about local events, cultural activities, and points of interest in Festac Town and broader Lagos.
  • Offer personalized recommendations tailored to individual guest preferences and interests.

Required Skills
