Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and events.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services as requested by guests.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local amenities, events, and cultural happenings to offer personalized recommendations.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage guest correspondence and communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
