Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, bell service) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Port Harcourt city, local attractions, and services.
