Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation.
- Open and close hotel doors for guests and provide assistance with entry/exit.
- Summon taxis, private cars, or shuttle services for guests as requested.
- Provide accurate directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting hotel entrance and lobby area.
- Monitor the entrance for any suspicious activity and report security concerns.
