Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Doorman to join a prestigious hospitality team in Fajuyi, Ado-Ekiti. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and directions.
- Open and close vehicle doors for arriving and departing guests, ensuring smooth traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, coordinating with bell staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting hotel entrance and lobby area.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Summon taxis or other transportation services for guests as requested.
- Monitor the hotel entrance for unauthorized persons or suspicious activities, reporting any concerns to security.
- Offer umbrellas to guests during inclement weather.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues to management.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
