Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently take food and beverage orders, accurately entering them into the POS system and relaying special requests to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and gracefully, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring general tidiness.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change or receipts.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.
- Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or offering personalized recommendations.
