Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in the restaurant, room service, or event spaces.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order readiness and with serving staff regarding delivery status.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food runner stations and service hallways.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests or inquiries.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and hotel service standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, banquet rooms, and other service locations.
- Handle trays and dishes carefully to prevent breakage and spills.
- Report any guest complaints or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Support the overall dining team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
