Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and balance daily accounts.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Penticton.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
