Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their stay.
  • Efficiently perform guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately.
  • Manage and update guest reservations using the hotel's property management system.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options in Polson and the surrounding Mission Bay area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining guest records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
