Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, process cancellations, and modify bookings using the hotel management system.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, manage cash and credit card transactions, and accurately balance daily accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Operate multi-line telephone systems, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with night audit duties as required and prepare reports for management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
