Job Description

Sandman Hotel Hamilton is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Hotel Front Desk Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain a balanced till.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Preferred Qualifications
