Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls at the front desk and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area at all times.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Oracle) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude consistent with luxury hotel standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Desk role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Fluency in a second language (French or Chinese is highly desirable).
- Certification in Customer Service excellence.
