Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and optimal room allocation.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Festac Town.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
