Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to the hotel’s established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities daily.
- Dust, polish furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
- Ensure all fixtures, fittings, and room furnishings are in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Stock and maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Keep track of lost and found items and follow established procedures for their handling.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
