Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including linen, toiletries, and mini-bar items.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean bathrooms to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
